Our Promise: We will answer calls & call your leads as soon as they come in. We guarantee all leads are called within 5 minutes. 80% of calls get answers in around 15 seconds. Wholesale Agency Agreement Packages & Payment Agreement The Agency subscription package per month is $297 + $67 each additional business profile location $97 build-fee charged in advance each time you submit a new business profile (aka client of your agency) for us to build & program$67/mo subscription-fee automatically charged 1 month from start date & each month thereafter per business profile (active or inactive)$2.97/minute (or $2.47/minute for 2+ business profiles) charged at the end of each month NOTE: This is a month to month agreement and renews automatically. Although we offer a monthly sync-up and reporting meeting, you are not required to attend. They are simply there to make sure you are aware of your lead conversion details and statistics, and to ensure you contribute to the success of your program as our team is an extension of your business. If you prefer, we will send a monthly reporting email.
Communication Expectations
Communication is absolutely critical to the success of our campaign. Please keep us up to date with your thoughts on call quality, or any questions or concerns you may have. Questions or comments sent via slack will be answered within 24 business hours. Our goal is to answer them sooner, but please allow up to 24 business hours.NOTE: As we become better friends with clients we may exchange personal phone numbers but ask that ONLY be used for personal not professional exchanges, please keep all that inside Slack Please know that your issues are important to us and to communicate the urgency so we can respond in a timely manner.Urgent vs. not urgent issues Urgent:Not receiving lead notifications Calendar updated/integrations (allow 2 days for this change)Phone number disconnected/changed (allow 1 days for this change)Not Urgent New account or business profile setup (allow 5-7 business days for this change)Script change (allow 3 days for this change)Planned updates to existing profile ie. script, form, etc (allow 3-5 business days for these changes)Call Team Expectations We do not do cold calling, you need to provide warm/hot leads (See definition of warm/hot leads below)Allow 5-7 business days after sign-up to create your account & build your business profile before your campaign begin sAll new account need 5-7 business days from onboarding to live launch We offer expedited 2-day onboarding for $3,997 We do not alter our callers outreach scripts. We customize each script to each client using a template that we do not alter. We do this because it allows our agents to provide the best results for our clients. Our entire team is trained & highly capable of handling all calls, as such all conversion agents may be assigned to your account, we ensure that all of our clients are looked after by assigning agents multiple rotating accounts. Agents cannot be selected to work on individual accounts & login based on availability, schedule, rotation & other factors At this time, we do not provide responsive SMS service to or for our clients
You will/must:Provide a clear picture of what you need our team to provide (i.e. call transfer, message system, appointment booking, etc.)Provide consistent new inbound leads. New inbound leads = Leads generated from ads or opt-ins within the past 30 days
All client accounts/business profiles need a minimum of either 50 new inbound leads per month OR be spending at least $1,000 in ad spend Direct leads to our callers immediately after they opt in
You are required to communicate with leads POST booking to remind them of their appointment and any changes that might need to be made
Agree to provide us with Lead First Name, phone #, calendar for booking, offer & any additional relevant data to help us provide the service as agreed
We will/must:Call leads within 5 minutes or/and answer calls within 15 seconds
Apologise if we ever let you down and do our best to make it right
Provide you with ONE user login/access for recordings dashboard (You may pay an additional $25 per user)Be diligent in following up with and booking the leads we convert into your calendar, transfer over to you or notify you of callbacks
On rare occasions when we can not deliver any results (results = appts booked NOT money made) we reserve the right to offer OR not offer a partial refund at our discretion
